Filter II

Description

The OCTAVE line filter, Filter II, is based on the knowledge that effective sound improvement is only possible through a real disconnection of the devices from the network (simulation of the battery operation). Classic LC filters dampen high-frequency interference, low-frequency interference and compensating currents due to "normal" power supplies of the devices, but are not prevented. However, these equalizing currents are interference currents that flow in the signal cables between the devices and clearly have a negative impact on the sound process.
